Will it work with my existing Geotab setup?
Yes. GO Focus Plus is designed to work natively with the Geotab GO9 and GO9 RUGGED. It auto-pairs through the GO Focus Plus Smart Cable — no manual provisioning required. If you have OEM telematics instead of a GO device, a 3-wire power cable option is available.
How does it handle driver privacy?
Privacy is built in from day one. You can disable the in-cabin camera entirely, blur faces and license plates, use the optional in-cabin camera cover, or enable ""Lens as a Sensor"" mode — which keeps AI alerts running without recording any cabin video. All cabin features default to off out of the box.
How long does installation take?
Most installs take under 30 minutes. The device mounts to the windshield with industrial-grade adhesive, auto-pairs with your GO9, and self-calibrates — no complex wiring or manual setup procedures.
Is the cellular data plan included?
Yes — a cellular data plan is included with the device. SIM-less options are also available on request in certain regions.
What about cameras for larger vehicles or trailers?
GO Focus Plus supports auxiliary cameras for full vehicle visibility — including in-vehicle rear-facing and external IP69K-rated rear cameras for trailers and cargo areas. Cabin and DMS auxiliary cameras are also available for vehicles with unconventional layouts.
