Mount, Wire, Verify: Install Complete
01 - Find a mount location with clear sky view and minimal metal obstruction
Go9 Rugged mounts externally. Through-hole or side-cable routing. Secure with the screws provided. Use grommets for any panel pass-through to prevent wire chafing.
02 - Hardwire to constant power, switched ignition, and ground
Use the fuse holders and consumables in the kit. Verify with a multimeter before connecting. Plug the wiring harness into the Go9 Rugged device. If routing through tight spaces, de-pin and re-pin the connector using the mini screwdriver in the kit.
03 - Verify three solid LEDs and confirm at installmygps.com
Red (power), Green (cellular), Blue (GPS) — all solid means you're live. Confirm in the install portal and data starts flowing to MyGeotab. Your GoFleet team verifies remotely.
